WSU scientists say manmade reservoirs are a contributor to global warming

Isn’t everything we do a contributor to “manmade global warming”? Ranchers cannot even raise beef without being accused of cow farts causing global warming. Sheesh!  Reservoirs behind dams release significant amounts of greenhouse gases, and their output should be counted in future emissions reporting, says a new study from Washington State University. More than 1 million

Already it is greater than at the same date in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015. Put another way, it is

Government Creates a Fake Expert, Won’t Release Files on Him Because Privacy

The craziness here is too much!  “Guy Sims Fitch” was a persona created by the U.S. Information Agency in the early Cold War era. Various journalists and others on the agency’s payroll would write articles on economics under Fitch’s name, and those pieces then appeared in news outlets around the world. It would be nice

That’s a pretty slim margin. Require Welfare Recipients To Work Reduces Poverty And Improves Lives

This always reminds me of what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Thess. 3:10 — “If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.” Our government subsidizes not working of the lazy, slothful, leaching type. Require welfare recipients to work reduces poverty and improves lives, writes AEI’s Lawrence Mead. A major cause of poverty

Euro Logic: We Must Censor Speech to Promote Free Speech

By “hate speech,” they do not mean threats and criminal harassment. They mean not tolerating speech they disagree with. Call it “intolerant speech.” Of course, those in control establish what will be tolerated or not.  Recent “hate speech” investigations in European countries have been spawned by homily remarks by a Spanish Cardinal who opposed “radical feminism,” a hyperbolic

Dresden Blasts: Mosque, Conference Center Attacked in German City

Two bombs exploded outside a mosque and conference center in Dresden. German authorities say the crime was a “xenophobic” attack. What I want point out the hypocrisy.
