Whenever the word “Nazi” is tossed about, there is a confusion between Nazis, German nationalists, racists, white supremacists, and so on.
Of course, the progressives have coopted the word to mean “anyone we do not like”.
They have also coopted the word fascist to mean “anyone we do not like”.
