Muslim Women: ‘Get the Brotherhood Out of Our Mosques!’

The Muslim Brotherhood founded 50% of the mosques in the West (see here). The Pullman Islamic Center in Pullman, Washington, states on its website that it is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and affiliated with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). The disturbing thing locally is the links between the Muslim Brotherhood and NAIT and ISNA.

The Muslim Brotherhood as well as other Islamists are controlling mosques around the world, charged members of the women’s organization Taa Marbot.

The organization comprises Egyptian women from all around the world and was recently in Cairo to meet with the religious committee of the Egyptian parliament.

The women made a strident plea to parliamentarians to send English-speaking educators from Al Azhar University abroad to counter the propaganda being dispersed about Islam by the Brotherhood.

Yasria Salam, an Egyptian-American who lives in New Jersey and one of the participants in the meeting, told committee members:

“The mosques in America are being controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, and there are people who have stopped praying in the mosques because of them. They are collecting donations, and we don’t know where they go. They present a negative picture of Egypt, and that’s why we are asking Al Azhar to act and send sheikhs from Al Azhar who speak English well to America.”

Salam added, “I won’t accept anyone from Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood speaking in the name of Islam, and I won’t accept any of them speaking in my name.”
