A 19 year old Moscow man was arrested for allegedly running through town drunk and naked. Moscow Police Officers say a naked drunk man wearing only shoes ran out in front of their patrol car on Idaho Avenue at Elm Street early Saturday morning around 3:00. The man immediately cooperated with the officers and was arrested for minor in consumption of alcohol and indecent exposure.
