A woman who was hit by a car while jaywalking on Pullman’s College Hill received a ticket from the Pullman Police Department.
The incident occurred on Tuesday night around 6:00 at Colorado and B Streets. Officers say the woman was crossing the intersection diagonally when she was hit. She was checked out OK on scene by Pullman Paramedics.
The incident occurred a day after an elderly female driver was cited for hitting a pedestrian in a crosswalk in downtown Pullman.
