Considering the recent events in Nice, France, it should be clear that we need to prohibit the civilian possession of large trucks, specifically those with fuel capacity exceeding five gallons or capable of speeds in excess of 5 miles per hour. They are obviously designed to kill as many people as possible in a very short time.
