Pullman has once again been ranked as one of the safest college towns in the country. The website safewise.com has issued its second annual list using the latest crime statistics from the FBI. Pullman ranks as the 26th Safest College Town in America. Last year Pullman ranked as the 10th safest. The top spot on this year’s list went to Winona Minnesota home of Winona State.
