I’m not in favor of Executive Powers to begin with. Imagine if a Democrat got into the White House and declared Global Warming a National Emergency that needed $10 trillion spent immediately? And all coal and gas powered plants shut down? That’s not far fetched. Obama did with releasing money from the Treasury for Obamacare.

So here’s my hope: the Dems take Trump to court, the court says that this is overreaching, and that will apply to future Democratic Presidents as well.
Make Congress do what they are supposed to do. And the more gridlock the better.
