The Latah County Highway District has closed Moscow Mountain Road between Hart Road and Frink Road due to an earlier washout. The road will be closed throughout the weekend and district officials predict repairs should be completed on Monday. Snow melt runoff concerns continue throughout Whitman and Latah counties. Both advise drivers to avoid attempting to cross water over the roadway and that road damage could be more severe than it appears.
