Women’s voices are abundant and over-represented in most academic fields and graduate school overal

Here’s the deal: women choose to pursue degrees in low-paying jobs. 

Whose fault is that? They are still getting the majority of college degrees. 

Maybe employers should have a quota that 50% of all people working in the health sciences, public administration, and social sciences should be men (XY) </sarcasm>
