House Speaker Paul Ryan is urging a solid Republican vote in the upcoming midterms. In a speech Monday, Ryan said the GOP is keeping its electoral promises while the Democrats have gone “off the rails.”
He also touted the ultra low unemployment, rising incomes and lower taxes as main achievements of the Trump administration.
