Report: Illegal Border Crossings Dropped More Than 15% In June

“If you want more of something, subsidize it; if you want less of something, tax it.”
— Ronald Reagan.

New data suggests illegal border crossings have declined significantly in the month of June.

U.S. officials apprehended just over 34,000 people in June, compared to more than 40,000 in May, according to a Department of Homeland Security report.

The number of illegal border crossings typically spike in the spring and drop in the summer, as the heat makes traveling more dangerous.

This comes as the White House remains committed to its zero tolerance immigration policy.
