Record October rains are continuing.  Potlatch is wettest spot on the Palouse so far this month with over 6 inches of rain smashing the old record for October precipitation set in 1955.  Rosalia is next on the list with nearly 6 inches of rain.  Moscow has seen over 5 inches while Pullman’s last month to date precipitation check from the National Weather Service is at nearly 4.5 inches.  That doesn’t count the record .66 inches of rain that fell on Pullman setting a new record for Sunday’s date.
