A Moscow veterinary clinic has been named the January Idaho Small Business of the Month by U.S. Senator Jim Risch.
Senator Risch is recognizing the Palouse Animal Wellness and Surgery Center with his monthly award. The honor will be recognized in the congressional record of the U.S. Senate.
