The Moscow Police Department is once again taking part in a statewide summer traffic emphasis patrol. The campaign from the Idaho Transportation Department is called “100 to Zero Summer Driving Mobilizations”. They are running in phases which started Memorial Day and continue through Labor Day. The Moscow PD is now taking part in the third crackdown on drunk drivers, distracted driving and speeders. The emphasis patrols locally started last weekend and will run through Monday.
