The following ran in today’s Moscow-Pullman Daily News. It’s a great follow-up to my previous post on Seattle cutting ties with Wells Fargo.
Seattle, AKA The Emerald City, is on the way to ruination at the hands of the elected officials, hired and appointed bureaucrats, and the very foolish members of the electorate who keep them in power.
Killing a city is not easy. Killing a vibrant, successful metropolis is even more difficult.
Having said that, it is happening right now in Seattle.The city has been in the hands of liberal progressive Democrats for quite some time, and they are being very successful, through their ultra progressive policies (political, cultural and financial) at turning the city into a repository of human decay, devastating taxation on those who actually create wealth and an atmosphere of anti-business anarchy.
The tide will begin to change in the near coming months and years. Watch and learn.Jock Demme
