A mother who homeschooled her children has not been able to see her children for over a month after her children were taken from her by CPS. CPS claims that a single mother cannot have full legal custody of her child and cannot homeschool them because she is a single mother. The children were removed from their mother because she was homeschooling.
This is not going to end well for the state of New York. Homeschooling by a single minority parent is neglect?
