Responders document the scene of a one-vehicle accident Friday on U.S. Highway 95 just south of Moscow. Amanda M. Cutlip, 37, of Genesee, was driving south alone on the highway when she exited her black 2000 Ford Excursion while it was moving, according to an Idaho State Police news release. The vehicle came to rest in a ditch, and Cutlip was later transported to Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, authorities say. The Latah County Sheriff’s Department also responded. Charges are pending for Cutlip, according to ISP.
