Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA):
1. This was an Obama executive order (not law) directing the executive branch not to enforce current immigration law.
2. An Executive Department decision not to enforce the laws of Congress is illegal.
3. This was a “Deferred Action”, never a permanent one.
4. Trump rescinded Obama’s illegal executive action and sent this back to Congress where it belongs.
5. If you don’t like DACA, or if you do like it, contact your Congressman. That’s where this belongs.
