What Should Have Happened at the Brett Kavanaugh Hearings

Democrats and Republicans are once again in the midst of a deep partisan battle, this time about whether Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is the most qualified Supreme Court nominee in history or a crypto-racist hiding his shadowy résumé.
