The big question: are there biological / chromosomal reasons for the difference?
That’s assuming you can even ask that question when progressives can’t tell the difference between XX and XY.
Or is there a push in the government schools to ensure women hate math and never go into STEM fields, so they are incompetent at doing well on the math portion of the SAT?
